Inflammatory condition/symptoms? - m s condition_symptoms

I tried to get the diagnosis and treated for an inflammatory disease of 3 years long, no luck. All of these may or not be related too, but now I am suffering (in the order they appeared)

Male / 28 years / Hispanic Native American / 5'5 / 138 pounds
No family history of these problems.

Symptoms :1-10 scale of pain / 1-7 days per week / term

Right shoulder pain: 6 / 5 days a week from media / 10 years

Pain in the neck (spine): 6 / 5 / 5

Pain in the lumbosacral spine: 9 / 7 / 3

Basin joint pain: 8 / 7 / 2

Knee pain (both): 5 / 5 / 1

Uveitis: 10 / 4 or more episodes per year / 2 years

Fatigue: 0 / 7 / 3

Headaches: 3-7 / 4 / 3

Dizziness: 0 / 3-4 / 5

Ovarian cysts: a decrease, but complainant.

Abdominal pain: 2-9 / 3 / 2 years

Irregular periods: 2 years.

I've tried so completely and accurately as possible. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions or if you know the professionals, please provide the information.
