If you want your home, you have a sensitive scale that can measure weight in kilograms. Then you can use the Shipping Calculator to http://www.usps.gov/ to calculate how much postage you need.

You probably have to go a post office to get a fairly accurate weight, but it is possible that there is a scale that can be done, where you often go as you work.

Hmmm, that a very good question, but I would say he should go to the post, so you can consider. Useually you can do so in the lobby next to you, even if it is there. You can also connect to the site and see if there are other opportunities for you at home.
