Small Business Product Liability Insurance What Type Of Insurance Should I Get For My New Business?

What type of insurance should I get for my new business? - small business product liability insurance

I will begin selling a new company, a toy manufactured in China. I have the logo of my trademark on the toy, and it is selling to resellers and customers. I used to run a store (online only), but I have a small camp. What insurance do I need? General Liability? Responsibility? What can I expect to pay an annual premium?

If you do not have the overall responsibility for the liability of providers of products and global reach, no loose his toys on the shelves of your store.

If the manufacturer does not provide liability insurance, including you as an additional insured, you will not be able to buy here.

The figure with the reputation for China lead paint, etc. This costs a minimum of $ 2500, assuming your gross revenues of less than $ 100,000.

Definitely, general liability and you should be able to any kind of liability for products that will protect against product failures. I'm not sure what you expect to pay premiums not know much about a company, the collection is well known.

Call a few insurance companies, you need to take. Must be able to help them with their needs. Be sure to compare apples to apples and put a ton? S.

Good luck.

Liability, product liability, industrial accidents, if you store personnel umbrella insurance, the property of their transport and a good cover to cover for their property, while shipped from China.

What you pay depends heavily on its sales. I can tell you that product liability and responsibility for coordination will be expensive. They have problems with products in China, made the right times? Imagine .................... Children's toys is very risky and very expensive coverage.

Good luck.
